		<description>Yes, sustainable meat production is clearly more favourable to the current harmful production, but lest we not forget the first step of all &quot;go green&quot; thought: REDUCE.
While people may be rather resistant to becoming a full-fledged vegetarian, it would not only be environmentally friendly, but it would be much more healthful if people were to reduce their meat consumption.  Human ancestors, when they began eating meat, only ate it about once or twice a month.  Once to twice (or more) per day is overkill for the environment and our bodies!</description>
